Google showed 980 Spaces for 790 different searches in the last twelve months. 397 of the 408 clicks came from people who already knew the name. The commercial searches are all there; they just land on page two.

The pattern: the site already earns impressions on every product search that matters, coworking, private office, virtual office and meeting rooms. It ranks 9th to 31st on them because one page is trying to answer all four intents. That is the relaunch brief.

The map pack is the real prize

On mobile and on every "near me" search, the three-pack takes the clicks before the organic results are seen. 980 Spaces is already in the pack for "private office boca raton" and "shared office space boca raton", and not yet for "coworking space boca raton", "virtual office boca raton" or "meeting room rental boca raton".

The inputs: Business Profile completeness, review velocity, citation consistency, and a matching page on the site. 980 Spaces sits at 4.69 stars on 48 reviews with every review answered. Venture X and Quest have more reviews and a page per product; that is the whole gap.

Three moves that win the other packs:

  • Add every product as a service on the Business Profile with the same names the new pages use: Coworking, Private Offices, Virtual Office, Meeting Rooms, Event Space.
  • Reviews that mention the product. A member review that says "coworking" or "meeting room" is a ranking signal for that search. The review campaign templates are drafted and ready to send.

Twelve months of paid search is the cleanest intent data we have. Every search that produced a lead is worth ranking for organically; every search that spent without one tells us what not to build.

The lesson: competitor-brand searches (Venture X, Regus, Quest, even a competitor's street address) convert at some of the lowest costs in the account. Those buyers are comparison shopping and 980 Spaces wins the comparison. Conquesting stays in paid; organic cannot do it.

The lesson: generic coworking searches clicked and did not convert on a landing page that leads with private offices. That is a landing page problem, not a keyword problem, and the coworking page fixes it. Fort Lauderdale, Pompano and other buildings' addresses are already negatives.

What we need from 980 Spaces

  • Confirm the four products and their names as they should appear on the site and the Business Profile: Coworking, Private Offices, Virtual Office, Meeting Rooms and Events.
  • Pricing on the page or not. "Cheap", "affordable" and "under $1,000" searches exist. A starting price on each page converts them; hiding it sends them to Venture X's page, which shows one.
  • The six open FAQ answers (hours and 24/7 access, parking, mail handling, day passes, pets, guest policy) so the FAQ ships with the switch.
  • Five photos per product from the new shoot, named by product, for the pages and the Business Profile.

How we will measure it

  • Monthly: position and clicks for the 22 searches in section 01, and which map packs 980 Spaces appears in for the five product searches.
  • Goal by January: coworking, virtual office and meeting room searches on page one, the map pack for at least four of the five product searches, and organic leads tagged in the CRM so we can count members from search, not just clicks.
  • Baseline is locked as of this report so the relaunch can be judged against it.
